North American Roofing is seeking experienced Commercial Roof Technicians based in Jacksonville, FL. 

Due to the requirements of the project, candidates must be eligible to work on federal contracts that require U.S. citizenship. This position will also require the successful completion of background check and drug screen prior to starting. However, we are looking for rapid start dates.

We specialize in low-slope roofing systems and are looking for reliable, safety-minded professionals ready to travel, work hard, and grow with us.

• Install, repair, and maintain low-slope commercial roof systems, including:

  • BUR (Built-Up Roofing)

  • Single Ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC)

  • Architectural Metal Systems

• Minimum 1–2 years of roofing experience (commercial experience preferred)

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)

• Comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 80 lbs

• Willing and able to travel as needed

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions

• 100% travel within the Jacksonville area; some travel may extend outside the area

• May be required to drive crew vehicles to job sites

• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), occasional lifting (up to 120 lbs)

• Repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, and motion

• Occasional operation of heavy equipment

• Use of hand tools and roofing equipment on a daily basis
