We are actively searching for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Tampa.
This is a hybrid position, in-office Tuesday-Thursday, and remote Monday & Friday

Purpose of the job:
Build density in top-end sales funnel Leads for further pipeline development and qualification to provide the territory sales team with Sales Qualified prospects.
Job Duties:
- Conduct daily prospecting, lead qualification, and sales territory management support activities
- Leverage NAR Sales tech stack resources to research, orchestrate, and engage sales prospects (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Accurately record sales related customer and prospect notes in HubSpot
- Establish and implement sales outreach cadence using a proper mix of phone, email, and social media
- Set discovery meetings with Sales Qualified Leads and the territory Regional Sales Manager
- Provide customer management support as needed within assigned territory
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience meeting quotas
- High technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Sales and/or customer service experience
