Required Skills
What you will do:
- User support: Resolves level three application support issues while communicating resolution status to stakeholders and internal partners. Makes user training recommendations, writes user documentation, and provides a variety of user support or project support functions as directed.
- Testing: Supports project teams and IT groups in writing test plans. Executes manual and automated test scripts for software and hardware products.
- Requirement gathering: Writes requirements for fixing support issues, provides input into project requirements based on user support and testing experiences, and proactively seeks feedback on user’s day to day work experience to communicate optimization opportunities to IT, product owners, and stakeholders.

Required Experience
What you will need (minimum qualifications):
- Associate degree and two (2) years' relevant IT work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities in a technical setting
Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary for this exempt position begins at $72,600-$90,700 per year.
