Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer-centric services? Montana State Fund (MSF) is seeking a Corporate Operations Program Manager to lead our financial operations and administrative services.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring critical parts of our organization runs smoothly, overseeing everything from financial business processes to facility management and document processing. You'll be a collaborative problem-solver, improving processes to meet our customer’s needs and support our mission. You’ll also play an important leadership role in supporting enterprise projects and strategic priorities.

Required Skills

What you will do:

Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and lead the execution of the strategic vision for meeting the organization's financial business process, facility, and document processing needs. Provide leadership to drive and/or support enterprise projects and other strategic work.
Lead or support other corporate initiatives or enterprise priorities, as needed.

Financial Operations Management: Lead financial business processes, including accounts payable, payment distribution, service support, accounts receivable, billing & collections, and payroll. Collaborate with the Finance team to support reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis. Support the enterprise budget program through ongoing expense classification & management and informing periodic forecasts. Oversee related vendor and state services.

Facilities & Asset Management: Lead the strategic management of MSF facilities, fleet, and other physical assets. Lead enterprise document management & processing services.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence and deliver the right services for the business. Collaborate with internal customers to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve processes and deliver operational support services in line with strategic priorities and evolving business needs. Set and drive execution against performance targets. Ensure compliance with applicable law, rules, and standards. Mentor and develop staff.


Required Experience

What you will need (minimum qualifications): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field and 7 years of progressively responsible work experience in operations, finance, or other corporate administration roles (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Program or project leadership experience

Job location: This position requires regular presence at the Helena, Montana office. 


Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this exempt position (LDR) is $107,800 - $161,800.
