Ready to take your technical expertise to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (ESE) III to shape the future of our enterprise systems. As an ESE III, you won't just be building systems – you'll be architecting solutions that drive our enterprise forward. You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing intricate technical solutions, collaborating both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Required Skills
What you will do:
Technical Solutions and Project Delivery: Provide technical leadership for highly complex insurance products or data applications; define, analyze, and create solutions for projects utilizing various development methodologies. Lead matrixed project teams, insurance business SMEs, and on/off shore technical experts in developing the solution design, assign tasks to project teams, track progress, and verify completion of assignments according to development standards. Identify issues/risks, escalate, and report to appropriate levels of stakeholders.
Enhance Enterprise Systems: Analyze existing systems built on MSF technologies to identify improvements and evaluate the feasibility and architectural compliance of proposed systems. This includes providing systems analysis, user support, and developing program specifications and reusable components for specific business applications. Additionally, you will analyze, design, and develop all technical artifacts according to best practices, standards, and specifications, ensuring the creation of high-quality and maintainable solutions.
Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide technical expertise, advice, and mentoring to other IT and insurance business professionals regarding the application of complex systems analysis and design to business problems.
Required Experience
What you will need (minimum qualifications):
Required:
- Bachelor degree and;
- 2 years of directly related work experience utilizing MSF required technologies.
- 3 years of additional experience with similar or required MSF specific technologies.
- Must be open to and have the ability learning other programming language(s) as necessary along with innovative and creative analytical skills to resolve design issues.
Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary for the position begins at $113,500 - $141,800. The maximum pay is $170,200 per year. This is an exempt position: 4Ci.
