Responsible for maintaining the cooperative’s facilities and grounds in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion. |

Working Conditions |

|
This position requires working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions while operating assigned maintenance and cleaning equipment. The employee will be required to maintain an active pace per shift, covering significant distances through frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders. The job involves frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials or equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to travel to and from job sites. May be required to work after hours including weekends and holidays. |

Essential Functions |
|
Maintain a safe environment for employees and members |
|
Complete routine and deep cleaning tasks |
|
Safely operate, maintain, and be responsible for assigned maintenance equipment |
|
Maintain outdoor areas by performing landscaping duties |
|
Complete service requests, assist with meeting setups and renovations, maintain supply inventories, and restock facility and customer service areas |
|
Conduct inspections, maintain secure facilities, and identify maintenance or replacement needs to support safe operations |
|
Follow safety procedures and perform other assigned duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned |
Required Skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
License & Certification: Valid Texas Driver License
Testing: Criminal background check, Physical Exam, Non-DOT drug and alcohol test, and MVR
Other: MS Office Programs and Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Required Experience
Experience: 2 years’ experience in related field
After an offer of employment has been made, the cooperative requires a physical examination which includes both drug and alcohol testing.
