The Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting and generating sales of Porta Kleen products and services within an assigned territory, targeting construction, manufacturing, industrial, municipal, and event sectors.
Essential Functions
- Maximize market presence through business contacts and on-site engagement.
- Identify and qualify potential customers; build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations; develop solutions-based proposals.
- Handle price objections and negotiate terms to finalize pricing and agreements.
- Secure customer commitments, process orders, and manage client payment status.
- Maintain sales records using CRM; provide regular sales reports.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets; foster long-term customer relationships.
Negotiation Skills
- Address price objections by articulating product and service value.
- Negotiate terms and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Overcome objections through active listening and persuasive communication.
- Balance customer satisfaction with company interests for win-win outcomes.
- Utilize market insights to strengthen negotiation positions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
