Work as directed with inventory, production planning, and corporate teams to maintain material resource planning (MRP). Liaison with MPW departments to ensure workflow accuracy, compliance with organizational standards, and best practices for new and redesigned products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Position will follow all safety rules and regulations and abide by safety guidelines.

2. Position is responsible for MRP data entry.

3. Candidate will generate inventory reporting as directed.

4. Monitor material delivery schedules to support production planning.

5. Facilitate interaction with MPW production and engineering departments.

6. Work with operations and engineering to define inventory levels.

7. Communicate bottlenecks to management as needed.

8. Provide production planning support and generate pick lists when needed.

9. Support inventory, shipping, and receiving when needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Position must be able interact with corporate Finance, IT, Vendors and Master Data teams to identify and address system support issues.

2. Hands on support as needed.

3. Inventory support as needed.

1. Associates Degree or appropriate experience in business, supply chain, or material planning preferred

2. Experience in material or production planning is preferred.

3. Strong customer service, organizational skills, critical thinking, and math skills

4. Candidate should have proficiency with all MS Office applications.

5. Familiarity with JD Edwards software is preferred.
