JOB FUNCTION:

1.      Position is responsible for safely managing all necessary aspects of Porta Kleen’s 2^nd shift Sanitation Department.

2.      Position is responsible for maximizing the Sanitation Departments performance with a focus in the following areas: part distribution, inventory, cleanliness of toilets and rolling stock as well as Sanitation trucks and Hydro excavation trucks, chemical labeling, and proper use of PPE.

3.      Position is responsible for ensuring that all environmental guidelines are being met and upheld.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.      Responsible for managing and performing all discussed and implied functions associated within this position.

2.      Operate all equipment in a safe manner using all the required safety equipment to comply with OSHA and company standards.

3.      Oversee and manage Porta Kleen’s production on 2^nd shift.

4.      Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training for the cleaning equipment necessary for the next day operations.

5.      Manage material resources needed for cleaning process.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Due to the nature of the business as a 24/7 service company, long non-traditional hours maybe required as a regular part of the job.

2.      Assist Porta Kleen business units to optimize efficiency, quality and service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong technical and mechanical skills.
2. 2-4 years’ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental services.
3. Basic personnel management experience.
