The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all equipment in the field is operating in the most efficient and economical way possible.  This should be done by routine audits remotely and in person, along with developing documentation to assist with the training of Field Technicians.

  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  1. Identify and improve field operations and prioritize workload to maximize safety, cost savings, and service efficiencies.
  2. Audit BOOM locations remotely in order to identify critical opportunities. Schedule travel accordingly based on opportunities identified.
  3. Manage quality incidents, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  4. Assist with the utilization of support systems (Water Direct, Phoenix and Historian).
  5. Development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, PDRs and other related work instructions.
  6. Responsible for tracking process changes and communicating the changes effectively.

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Associates Degree will be considered with relevant experience.
  2. Strong technical/mechanical skills. Hands-on ability is a must.
  3. Candidate should have proficiency with all MS Office applications. Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
