JOB FUNCTION:

1.    The primary responsibility of this position is to direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority of planning, organization, control, integration, execution of, and completion of Mobile Field projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.    Assign equipment to specific phases or aspects of project, and oversee’ s equipment preparation, loading and testing, in accordance with Mobile project procedure.

2.    Oversees review of project design for compliance with organization standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

3.    Evaluates project changes, specifications, and equipment inventory.

4.    Assists with the preparation of equipment for the job when needed.

5.    Responsible for tracking the profitability of Mobile Field Service jobs.

6.    Performs other duties as directed.

6.    Customer Service Orientation: Proactively developing customer relationships by making efforts to listen and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.    Excellent skills in customer service.

2.    Attention to detail and follow-through.

Must have PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and database programs.
