Position Highlights:

• Location: Aurora, CO

• Pay: $30–$33/hr

• Schedule: 40–50 hrs/week

• Weekly Per Diem: $550

• Medical and insurance benefits available

• 40-hour bonus payout and paid holidays after 1 year

• 80-hour bonus payout after 2 years

• 120-hour bonus payout after 5 years

• Bolt-up structural members per blueprints and supervisor guidance

• Perform 3G and 4G welds

• Rig and hoist steel using chains, cables, and cranes

• Assemble beams, columns, joists, and decking

• Install stairs, handrails, safety cables, and posts

• Field fabricate and assemble structural steel parts

• Add sealing strips, wiring, insulation, and other components as needed

• Minimum 4 years of experience

• Must pass fluxcore welding test

• Follow all safety and PPE protocols

• Use harness/lanyard for tie-off

• Operate boom/scissor lifts

• Position and guide steel members
