About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a strong foundation in administration and data operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will work hands-on with our Salesforce platform and partner closely with team members across the organization to support functionality requests, resolve product and system issues, and drive operational excellence. You will also collaborate with our Data Operations Lead to manage critical processes related to quotes, orders, and assets.
This role is ideal for someone eager to deepen their Salesforce expertise, actively engage in improving business processes, and contribute to the seamless operation of our systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration:
- Partner with internal teams to support and enhance the Salesforce platform, responding to both product support tickets and admin-related requests
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate functionality requests, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings with a focus on data integrity and compliance
- Support system optimization by staying current on Salesforce releases and proactively applying new features and enhancements
- Data Operations:
- Work alongside the Data Operations Lead to manage quotes, orders, and asset data updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze and maintain data integrity across systems, performing audits and cleanup as needed
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams
- Documentation and Guidance:
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business impact
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
- Provide guidance to end-users to foster adoption of Salesforce best practices
- Leverages generative AI and automation tools to enhance business processes, analyze trends, support decision-making, and improve employee or customer experiences

Required Experience
Required
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules)
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support business processes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress toward certification
- Experience using AI tools to analyze data, design workflows, optimize processes, or support strategic initiatives; ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and bias
- Ability to design prompts and workflows for AI tools
- Experience testing, validating, and refining AI-generated outputs
- Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data governance
Preferred
- Experience with data operations, including quotes, orders, and asset management
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard optimization
- Experience with data migration and integration tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model and data governance best practices
The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $105,000 - $115,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
