ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vice President, Sales – Enterprise will build and lead a high growth software sales team responsible selling Tungsten Automation's Intelligent Automation software platform, which is unique in the marketplace. The platform helps organizations transform information-intensive business processes, reduce manual work and errors, minimize costs, and improve customer engagement. We combine RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, mobility and engagement, and analytics to ease implementations and deliver dramatic results that mitigate compliance risk and increase competitiveness, growth and profitability. No other software vendor offers a platform of complementary technologies integrated into a scalable, manageable software platform, which is why our approach to Intelligent Automation positions us to grow and dominate the process automation space well into the future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and Manage the Enterprise sales team
- Be a strategic and operational leader
- Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
- Hire, Inspect, Coach, Develop, Mentor, and Drive successful sales executives
- Inspire your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
- Be a role model for your sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
- Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
- Represent the Tungsten Automation brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas
- Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 12 plus years of experience in enterprise software 5 years’ experience leading a division or regional sales team
- Successful quarterly and annual revenue performance in enterprise software
- Build a qualified, high-quality Pipeline of opportunities
- Attract, lead, develop, and retain high performing team members
- Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience and proven track record
- Experience in enterprise software solutions selling is desirable
- Must be an excellent oral and written communicator
- Experience to build, develop and maintain a highly effective sales team
- Experience with direct and indirect sales models
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
- Autonomous, strong communication skills, strong leader, influential
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $157,900 - $252,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
