Job Purpose

We're seeking a Product Specialist to support our PWA (Print and Workplace Automation) and PDF solution sales in large Enterprise accounts, partnering with Enterprise Account Directors as a subject matter expert to promote, position versus our competition and sell these solutions across France, Middle East and Africa.

The position will have a direct impact on the success and growth of Tungsten Automation Corporation sales for these product pillars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Account and territory planning, prospecting, qualifying, selling new business into very large prospects and installed accounts in France in close coordination with Account Directors. 
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
  • Understand and articulate the value of the Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to Operational, VP and C-level audiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong and referenceable relationships with our existing client base.
  • Qualify and forecast deals accurately and consistently.
  • Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth
  • Grow and maintain a deep and wide set of contacts with customers, prospects and partners. 
  • Actively work with internal teams to perform all the necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualification. The Product Specialist sales is expected to create a pipe no less than 4X of target.
  • Perform regular housekeeping activities to ensure that the CRM system is always clean and up to date, in accordance to Management’s guidelines.
  • Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Skills

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace related software sales roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas in each prior Enterprise Sales role.
  • Proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers strategic objectives.  Recognition of underlining operational objectives and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
  • Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department.
