ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Supplier Sales Executive at Tungsten Automation to join our multilingual Managed Sales team and support supplier enrollment on behalf of our buyer customers. In this role, you will speak with suppliers, guide them to the appropriate Tungsten service, and help move them through registration to successful go-live.

You’ll manage a sales portfolio of approximately 100–300 suppliers and work within strict quality guidelines, with regular CRM updates and detailed account notes that may be visible to Tungsten management and end clients. This is a high-accountability telesales role that requires strong communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Contact new supplier leads within 2–8 working days

  • Advise suppliers on the most appropriate service to register for based on buyer requirements and supplier needs

  • Represent Tungsten Network and the buyer organizations we support with professionalism, credibility, and care

  • Identify the correct supplier contact or decision-maker and engage them effectively

  • Handle objections and move conversations toward enrollment and conversion

  • Upsell additional or higher-value services where appropriate

  • Document each interaction with clear, accurate notes for internal stakeholders and end clients

  • Update the CRM with account activity, contact details, and next steps

  • Support suppliers through registration and ensure successful go-live on the network

  • Use approved AI-enabled tools, such as chatbots, documentation automation, and analytics assistants, to improve efficiency and accuracy while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Experience

  • Experience in telesales and B2B sales

  • Strong customer and business judgment, with the ability to balance customer expectations and company goals

  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to guide conversations constructively

  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to adapt approach based on the situation

  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage a supplier portfolio and meet deadlines

  • Clear and credible verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers with professionalism and empathy

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Resilience, determination, and the ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand challenges and provide solutions

  • Team-oriented attitude and collaborative mindset

  • Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality

  • Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale work to the needs of the department
