Certinia Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Certinia Administrator to manage and optimize our Certinia (FinancialForce) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, system configuration, and best practices for Certinia administration in a complex enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

·        Configure and maintain Certinia applications including PSA, ERP, and related modules.

·        Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliance and data integrity.

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.

·        Monitor system performance and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.

·        Stay current with Certinia and Salesforce releases, applying new features and enhancements.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

·        Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows. Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

·        5–7 years of experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce) in complex environments.

·        Strong knowledge of Certinia modules (PSA, ERP, Billing, etc.).

·        Familiarity with Salesforce platform administration and declarative tools.

·        Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Comfortable using AI-powered tools for tasks such as drafting content, summarizing information, data entry support, and workflow automation.

·        Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality

·        Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department
