Job Description
The Project Manager serves as the primary client liaison on projects and establishes the project plan, project priority, and directs the efforts of personnel involved with all aspects of the project. Their overall goal is twofold: satisfying the customer’s objectives for the project and completing the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly understanding the customer’s business and technical needs

Reviewing the detailed business requirements and provided scope within a formal statement of work document and taking on ownership for a successful delivery

Responsible for the required resource staffing in the project

Managing overall project deliverables and objectives (Scope, Timeline and Budget)

Acting as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project

Acting as a primary interface between client and internal stakeholders e.g. Sales, PS-Management, Customer Success and Technical Support

Ensuring Delivery Quality by enforcing compliance with the Tungsten Drive Delivery Methodology

Management and coordination of the different Tungsten Automation Resources within the project

Promote Tungsten Automation Corporation’s implementation method, project management best practices and company policies

Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department

Base pay range: For this role, based in India, the base pay range is 2850000-4800000 INR, set using objective, gender-neutral and otherwise non-discriminatory job evaluation criteria applied consistently to all employees performing this role or work of equal value.

Total compensation: This range reflects base pay only. Tungsten Automation may also offer bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits, described separately where applicable or required by local law.

How your pay is determined: Your base pay within this range will be based on objective, non-discriminatory factors — such as location, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and education or training. It will not be reduced based on prior salary, and will not fall below the disclosed range or below what colleagues performing equal work or work of equal value receive.

Required Skills
Skills and Knowledge Required
Qualified applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent and 10+ years of project management experience. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple regions, have solid project and time-management skills with outstanding verbal and written communications abilities. Experience in the document management industry and familiarity with our Tungsten Automation Capture product and PMI certification are a plus. We are looking for a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to effectively deliver projects with minimal management oversight.
