Sales Compensation Analyst

This role is responsible for end-to-end commission payment support and as such will undertake a variety of roles to ensure timely and accurate completion of the monthly process.

As Sales Compensation Analyst, your role will be to manage the complete commission process for Sales team members located globally. This will include calculating commissions, sending timely data to payroll, distributing individual statements and responding to commission queries. You will also work alongside other Sales Ops team members to ensure timely reports inorder to meet monthly payroll deadlines.

Your key responsilibites will include:

• Own and manage the Sales Plan Administration and Distribution process including the governance of the T’s & C’s
• Collaborate with Sales Ops for quota and territory assignments and ongoing alignment
• Manage monthly commission process of uploading data into the compensation tool and reviewing results • Manage controls required for accurate payout of commissions
• Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
• Timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employees
• Develop, maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics
• Maintain and help run the sales compensation system (Xactly)

• 4+ years experience in a sales operations analyst role with a focus on Compensation
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience driving initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling etc.)
• Prior experience in Xactly administration
