Love connecting the dots between Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering? We’re looking for a growth-minded leader to launch, scale, and drive adoption of our products. Join us to drive programs that accelerate product adoption, engagement, and impact.
The Growth Programs capability is the execution core of Tungsten’s Strategy & Growth Operations organization, built to translate strategy into velocity by driving cross-functional programs that accelerate growth, profitability, and operating discipline.
Unlike traditional PMOs or transformation offices, the Growth Programs function:
· Owns impact, not activity: programs must deliver measurable business results.
· Operates as an internal accelerator: deploying elite program managers to drive end-to-end transformations across functions.
· Bridges strategic intent and operational reality: connecting product, go-to-market, operations, and finance into a single value delivery engine.
As a Growth Program Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformative change within Tungsten. You’ll have the unique opportunity to spearhead high-impact, cross-functional programs that not only accelerate user acquisition and boost customer retention, but also ignite revenue growth. This is your chance to merge visionary strategy with hands-on leadership—leveraging advanced data analytics and bold experimentation to discover, scale, and optimize the growth initiatives that will shape our business’s future. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with top-tier teams across product, marketing, sales, operations, and finance, ensuring that every project is perfectly aligned with Tungsten’s strategic goals. Your work will be highly visible, delivering measurable business results and making a lasting impact on our organization’s success. If you’re ready to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and help us reach new heights, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Initiatives That Drive Lasting Impact:
- Take Full Ownership: Assume complete accountability for designated programs by guiding teams toward achieving specified business objectives, while maintaining high standards for deliverable quality and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Product Programs: Drive strategic product initiatives, including launches, release rollouts, and adoption programs that accelerate user engagement and growth. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver go-to-market readiness, optimize user onboarding, and enhance product usage through data-driven insights. Continuously refine programs based on performance metrics and feedback to maximize product impact and customer value.
- Deliver Tangible Results: Manage key milestones and drive outcomes tied to clear, quantifiable impact statements. Regularly showcase your achievements as you help shape the future trajectory of our business.
- Translate Strategy into Action: Collaborate closely with team leadership to deconstruct overarching growth objectives into clear, executable programs. Ensure these initiatives are structured to achieve measurable business outcomes, driving tangible impact.
- Engage Across Functions: Serve as the pivotal connector between project teams, and their leadership. You’ll own all major program communication, keeping everyone aligned and informed on progress and strategy.
- Champion Innovation Through AI-Driven Process Optimization: Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and learning by actively leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive innovation. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate at the Highest Level: Report program status, productivity, risks, and quality metrics that will be presented to executive leadership and Board-level audiences. Your insights will help steer critical decisions at the top of the organization.
While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.
