The Director, Sales Compensation serves as the strategic leader of sales incentive programs that drive revenue growth and desired selling behaviors. This role will drive transformation of business model through sales compensation plans and analytics, ensuring market competitiveness to attract and retain top sales talent. Partnering with senior leadership and other stakeholders to design and manage compensation structures to effectively balance sales motivation, business objectives, financial stability and compliance.

Required Skills
- Lead the global Sales Compensation team
- Oversee the administration of commission plans on a global basis. Ensure that all quota bearing reps are paid accurately monthly per the commission plans
- Work closely with Sales to design new incentive plans on an annual basis
- Lead the implementation, including UAT, of new commission system
- Improve processes and data attributions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Work with Sales Ops in the development and rollout of commission plans
- Develop Incentive Compensation training and enablement program
- Resolve any inquiries from the field regarding commission plans. Provide monthly dashboard summarizing key trends on inquiries
- Develop commission forecast model
- Train and manage a team to improve data quality, maintain best practices and processes
- Software industry and experience with SaaS business model is preferred
- Strong compensation systems background required
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Strong Excel background
- Strong EQ; ability to work effectively with other members and in cross functional teams
- Detail orientated with the ability to see the big picture and work with little supervision
- BA in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $192,040 - $212,761. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
