To implement Suppliers opting for the Integrated solution at target levels for the TN Services – e-invoicing; PO; etc. and provide quick and great user experience. 

Ad hoc projects 

Responsibility

  • Achieve TN Supplier enrolment targets in terms of volume and speed, set on a monthly basis and reviewed quarterly
  • Maintain latest supplier-status information on the company database (OBI) once every 5 business days
  • Report as required on the Supplier pipeline producing realistic time & volume forecasts
  • Ensure client end users are properly trained in areas of the application and handle all incoming Customer e-mail/ telephone implementation enquiries and requests in a timely (24 to 48 hours) and professional manner
  • Involvement in delivery of strategic, high-volume client or partnership projects
  • To handle all incoming Customer e-mail/ telephone implementation enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing outstanding issues and keeping clients informed
  • In special cases respond & resolve client support requests, received by phone & email. (Will be agreed in advance with the Support Manager)
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage the SLA for Supplier enrolment target per new and multi-buyer set up
  • Manage response/resolution within agreed SLA, depending on the set up or process applied
  • Complete daily administrative routines

Required Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent presentation and both written and verbal communication skills in English and job specific language
  • The ability to create and maintain project documentation including requirements, timelines, schedules and tasks, risk assessment, status reports and general project communications.
  • The ability to manage multiple issues and customer simultaneously.
  • Some experience in call/ support center in or service industry 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills, analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and conflicts
  • Comfortable with using MS Office Applications suite
  • Good command of English language (written and oral)
  • Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
  • General understanding of internet services such as email, FTP etc.
  • Knowledge of invoicing/accounting packages
  • Data transfer protocols
