Systems & Processes Specialist

Manage system setups and create process definitions

Key Responsibilities

• New part number uploads to Salesforce CPQ
• Correcting incorrect part number uploads or changes due to fulfillment adjustment
• Price list uploads to Salesforce CPQ
• Correct data errors in Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within systems.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on system performance and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their workflows and requirements.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing systems and processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Controls the Intranet for Business Processing and does uploads and changes as required
• Adjusts and creates process documentations as required
• Supports the Order fulfillment & licensing team in their daily tasks or on special projects advised by the Order fulfillment & licensing managers

• Commercial education and knowledge
• Experience in administrative work (sales administration)
• Good English and Hungarian communication skills (minimum requirement FCE), additional languages of advantage
