The Project Services Manager is responsible for managing the Project Management Office and its team members whose function is to initiate, develop and monitor the project scope, execution, and satisfaction from our internal Tungsten Automation Corporation stakeholders for the entire portfolio of Enterprise, large initiatives.
Leadership & Strategy
- Implement the vision, strategy, and framework for the PMO to ensure projects deliver business value and align with organizational priorities.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and oversee the project portfolio.
- Act as a change champion to promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper resource allocation on key initiatives.
Project & Program Oversight
- Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and outcomes, providing executive-level reporting and recommendations.
- Ensure risks, dependencies, and issues are proactively identified and mitigated.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of project managers and business analysts.
- Provide training, tools, and career development opportunities to elevate project management capabilities across the organization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT, operations, and other key stakeholders.
Governance & Process Improvement
- Establish governance frameworks and approval processes to ensure consistent decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence by refining project management processes, metrics, and reporting systems.
- Implement tools and technologies to support project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field required
8-10 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a PMO or large-scale program management function.
Required Experience
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $120,000 - $168,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
