IT User Support Specialist  

First line of IT support for all internal end users.

Provide world class support to our in-house end users and field personnel on a variety of issues and ensure the continuity of the computer services throughout the company. Responsible for departmental helpdesk processes and standards. Provide telephone and desk support for all software programs, applications and hardware support, build and upgrade PC's, set up new users with network access, as well as resolve issues involving viruses, email, security, connectivity, and computer performance.

• Process oriented with strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through on assigned tasks
• In-depth understanding of the latest Windows Operating Systems, Office 365 and underlying applications
• In-depth PC and Mac hardware, installation/troubleshooting techniques and extensive peripheral device knowledge including iPhone devices, and Printers
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Active Directory account management and user provisioning
• Desktop imaging and deployment experience
• Exchange Online administration and email configuration
• Maintain Help Desk Tickets and routing to appropriate responsibilities
• In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Knowledge of telecommunication skills; both telephony and mobile devices
• Excellent end user communication skills
• Technical training background with an A+ certification, MCP, equivalent certification, or 5 years of on-the-job experience
• Occasional travel may be required

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $72,000 - $80,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
