As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will drive the planning, strategy and execution of Field Marketing across the UKI region. You’ll manage integrated programs across digital, event, and ABM to increase revenue and market share. You’ll expand lead generation, account-based marketing, channel marketing, pipeline development opportunities, and customer engagement and retention working closely with sales, product marketing, corporate strategy and the growth marketing organization at large.  

Partnering with sales teams, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will support business goals that engages prospects, delivers new opportunities, accelerates existing pipeline, and supports customer retention. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will execute marketing plans that are consistent with corporate, sales, and commercial growth priorities and business goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates 

  • Collaborate with Sales, and Outbound teams to define lists, key personas and messaging 

  • Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships 

  • Evaluate marketing mix and maximize pipeline and account-based engagement opportunities using a mix of digital, ABM, content, social and event marketing programs 

  • Integrate channel partners into the marketing mix and ensure productivity of co-marketing programs and lead follow-up 

  • Manage localized event coordination including strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging and marketing, signage, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production and logistics 

  • Manage account-based marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including: identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams. 

  • Present, manage and optimize quarterly marketing plans and budget, and participate in or hold regular sales meetings to provide monthly insights and collaborate around commercial growth opportunities 

  • Work collaboratively with EMEA and global teams and build cross functional relationships 

  • Leverage best practices and champion partners to create scalable marketing programs, customer-facing content, and internal enablement 

  • Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency of messaging and look across all applications 

  • Drive execution to exceed business goals and quantify financial outcomes 

  • Communicate and educate stakeholders 

  • Identify and help produce customer success stories and public references 

 


Required Experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 

  • Experience with direct and channel marketing lead generating activities 

  • Experience using 6Sense for targeting and ABM mapping 

  • Excellent budget management and project tracking 

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or marketing automation 

  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change 

  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required 

  • Experience with B2B high-tech companies 

  • Intelligent automation platform SaaS experience preferred 

  • Highly motivated, flexible team player 

  • Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results 

  • At least 5+ years experience in Marketing 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related discipline; a combination of education and experience will be considered
