ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Solutions Architect designs and implements cutting-edge AI-driven solutions using Tungsten Automation's TotalAgility platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with artificial intelligence, strategic consulting, and solution design to deliver transformative automation outcomes for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging AI and the Tungsten Automation platform to solve complex business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions using the TotalAgility platform, focusing on AI/GAI technologies and large language models (LLMs) Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), or enterprise search for AI-driven knowledge discovery Design structured prompts, fine-tuning models, and cost optimization strategies Incorporate cloud architecture best practices to design scalable, secure, and efficient deployments of TotalAgility solutions Act as subject matter expert on the TotalAgility platform, staying current with features, capabilities, and roadmap Maintain understanding of all primary Tungsten Automation solutions and offerings Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities including NLP, computer vision, and LLMs to optimize document processing, data extraction, and decision-making workflows Apply programming skills (Python, Java, or .NET) to support solution development and customization within TotalAgility Partner with enterprise clients to conduct discovery sessions, assess business needs, and recommend tailored automation strategies Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase the TotalAgility platform's value Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/LLM models in production (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, or Kubernetes-based ML pipelines) Collaborate with Product Management and Strategy teams to align client needs with the TotalAgility platform's roadmap Work with Professional Services and Sales teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients and partners Maintain strong grasp of enterprise security practices (IAM, data encryption, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA) when integrating AI into regulated industries

Required Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience in solution architecture, AI-driven automation, or related field with focus on enterprise-scale implementations
- Deep technical understanding of AI/GAI technologies, including LLMs, machine learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Strong technical knowledge of the TotalAgility platform or similar intelligent automation platforms
- Expertise in using APIs, RESTful web services, and Tungsten Automation's SDK to integrate and customize solutions
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, Java, .NET) to support solution development
- Experience with cloud architecture and deployments, including designing scalable and secure cloud-based solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic mindset with passion for driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field required (advanced degree preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support client engagements and solution delivery

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $157,190 - $233,716. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
