What You'll Actually Do Design mind-bending AI automation solutions that make enterprise clients wonder how they ever lived without them. You'll be the wizard behind TotalAgility implementations, wielding LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases like a digital sorcerer. Think of yourself as part technical genius, part business translator, and full-time problem solver.

Your Playground Includes

• Building AI-powered automation that actually works (novel concept, we know)
• Wrestling with Python, Java, or .NET to bend platforms to your will
• Turning boring business processes into streamlined masterpieces
• Teaching machines to read documents better than most humans

What We're Looking For Someone with 10+ years of battle-tested experience who can speak fluent AI, enterprise security, and client relations. You should know your way around LLMs, vector databases, and production ML pipelines. Bonus points if you can explain complex AI concepts to executives without making their eyes glaze over.

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Up to 50% travel (airport lounges will become your second office)

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $108,190 - $203,716.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
