ABOUT THE ROLE

The Industry Consultant serves as a pivotal subject matter expert for designated industries, such as Banking, Financial Services, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. This role is dedicated to supporting the Sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing deep industry knowledge and demonstrating how Tungsten Automation's TotalAgility platform can address specific business challenges and use cases unique to each customer. Industry Consultants help establish Tungsten Automation as a trusted partner with proven expertise, driving customer confidence and contributing to the company's leadership in intelligent workflow automation solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide overlay support to the Tungsten Sales team by helping them uncover opportunities within key accounts and joining the team throughout various sales opportunities as the subject matter expert
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of industry-specific use cases, challenges, and regulatory requirements that may span multiple countries globally
  • Work with Tungsten Automation's Strategy and Marketing teams on the industry and use case go-to-market strategy and evangelize it to Tungsten Sales and customers and prospects
  • Work with Marketing to craft an industry or use case spin on Tungsten's standard messaging around the Tungsten Automation Platform for compelling presentations, whitepapers and corporate website content
  • Participate in and deliver significant industry market events to increase market share and visibility of industry-specific solutions
  • Stay in touch with Tungsten's Channel to understand which partners have solutions and expertise that can be incorporated into the sales motion and work with those partners to encourage and educate them on building additional solutions for their industry
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to educate the sales force and partners on industry trends, terminology, common business problems, and relevant use cases
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and reference materials to improve industry fluency across the organization
  • Drive end-to-end industry vertical strategy development, thought leadership, and promote cross-functional alignment aimed at creating sustainable value for Tungsten Automation Corporation and its business partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Product Management and Strategy departments, working closely with cross-functional executives to define the Tungsten Automation Corporation go-to-market strategy and communicate the strategy clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Proven and respected thought-leader among mid/large enterprise software leading technology companies
  • Experienced industry leader with over 5 years of consulting, strategy development, operations management, and other related experiences
  • Recognized thought leader in the application of automation, analytics, and AI to industry vertical motions
  • Proven problem-solving skills focused on framing complex problems, evaluate options and execute solutions
  • Outstanding communication and people collaboration skills including working with executive stakeholders
  • Time management skills to manage the timeline and progress of strategic initiatives
  • Understanding of macro business trends, competitive environment, executive presence, public speaking, deep critical thinking and ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex strategies in easy-to-understand terms
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term success
  • Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $135,000 - $245,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
