Systems & Processes Specialist (Order Fulfillment, Finance)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Finance Systems & Processes Specialist, your focus will be on ensuring accurate and efficient billing operations. You’ll take charge of raising new invoices, correcting and reissuing invoices as needed, managing their submission, and responding to invoice-related queries from other teams. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Billing Operations: Handle the creation, correction, and reissuance of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate submission to customers and internal teams.
  • Invoice Query Management: Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve invoice-related inquiries efficiently.
  • Report Generation: Run reports on posted items, providing insights and updates to senior management.
  • ERP Management: Create and maintain customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Navision), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline billing and invoicing workflows, implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Act as a key liaison with sales, inside sales, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow around billing and invoicing processes.
  • Document & Report: Keep process documentation up to date, control intranet uploads, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Support: Assist the Order Fulfillment & Licensing team with their daily tasks and special projects.

 

Your role will be instrumental in maintaining smooth finance operations and driving innovation in billing and automation processes.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Whether you bring 3–5 years of experience in administrative or finance roles with expertise in ERP systems such as Salesforce CPQ, Navision or NetSuite, or you’re a recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements in Economics or Mathematics and a strong drive to learn, we encourage you to apply.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), analytical thinking, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
