ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partner Development Manager is an experienced alliance professional who establishes, develops, and maintains strategic partnerships within Tungsten Automation's partner ecosystem across their assigned territory. This role encompasses building and enhancing relationships with Resellers, Global System Integrators (GSI), and Independent System Vendors (ISV) to drive mutual business growth. Partner Development Managers directly impact Tungsten Automation's indirect revenue success and market expansion through strategic partner enablement, recruitment, and relationship management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop comprehensive alliance strategies aligned with corporate objectives and create joint business plans with strategic partners
  • Work closely with Tungsten Automation Sales teams and Alliance Partner Program Team to grow and accelerate strategic partners' direct and indirect revenue
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with strategic alliance partners, orchestrating executive alignment between partners and internal sales teams
  • Identify and execute go-to-market opportunities to grow partner business across financial services, insurance, and healthcare verticals
  • Recruit and onboard targeted partners based on defined recruitment strategies and territorial objectives
  • Design governance frameworks for alliance relationships and lead strategic planning sessions with partners to accelerate their business growth
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive executive briefings and strategic quarterly business reviews
  • Cultivate strong operational relationships at strategic partner organizations and collaborate to establish frameworks and playbooks that drive pipeline development
  • Create success metrics and goals for partners to accelerate growth while managing alliance-related risk and compliance requirements
  • Identify joint value creation opportunities with strategic partners and develop shared go-to-market initiatives
  • Establish alliance governance structures and develop operational processes and workflows for partnership management
  • Create reporting and tracking mechanisms and manage alliance documentation and partner agreements
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and oversee partnership reviews and assessments
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics to help accelerate partner business and facilitate knowledge sharing of partner programs

Required Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of successful experience in alliance management, partner development, or similar strategic partnership roles
  • Strong background in strategy and business development with proven track record in program development and execution
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and orchestrating executive-level engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations and enterprise environments
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with ability to develop comprehensive alliance strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Executive relationship management skills with ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration across diverse organizational structures
  • Complex problem-solving abilities and organizational leadership experience in partnership environments
  • Change management expertise and stakeholder alignment skills across multiple partner organizations
  • Program development and execution experience with ability to create frameworks, playbooks, and operational processes
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and joint business planning in enterprise software environments
  • Experience with governance frameworks, compliance management, and alliance documentation
  • Knowledge of financial services, insurance, or healthcare verticals preferred
  • Proven ability to identify and execute value creation opportunities through strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating success metrics, reporting mechanisms, and tracking systems

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $132,910 - $173,731.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
