ABOUT THE ROLE
The Partner Solutions Architect is an experienced information technology professional who designs and develops integration solutions for connectivity within the broader software ecosystem. This role encompasses working with internal product engineers and external customers to architect solutions that integrate Tungsten Automation with partner products and platforms. Partner Solutions Architects directly impact Tungsten Automation's alliance success and customer value delivery through technical expertise, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration that drives business objectives and scalable integration outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify key technical functionality gained through new strategic alliances and quickly gain technical proficiency in Tungsten Automation products, their design and architecture
- Architect integration solutions and evaluate technical options to determine optimal development approaches for customer scalability, performance, and business objectives
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of workflow use cases, customer and market demands, requirements, and industry best practices across target verticals
- Manage product activities for technical assessment, positioning, and development coordination with internal engineering teams and external alliance partners
- Develop lightweight integration solutions (connectors) through direct collaboration with alliance partners where appropriate
- Coordinate native development requirements with Product teams, contributing to roadmap planning and providing technical consultation for product enhancements
- Facilitate coordination between internal Product teams and alliance technical points of contact to support seamless development processes
- Provide strategic feedback to Product Development regarding new features, performance improvements, and bug elimination priorities
- Develop comprehensive training, enablement materials, and technical collateral for Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams
- Prepare custom demonstrations and detailed documentation for internal resources, customers, and partners to accelerate solution adoption
- Enable Tungsten Automation Professional Services teams for efficient installation processes and implementation best practices
- Prepare alliance partners on architectural aspects and technical selling points of integrated solutions
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for Sales, Professional Services, and customers throughout the integration lifecycle
- Develop thought leadership content around Tungsten Automation's integrations and strategic business value for customer success initiatives
- Maintain current market knowledge to analyze and recommend alliance relationships, integration opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Execute end-to-end product integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, development coordination, and deployment support

Required Experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent years of experience (Systems Engineer Certification, MS, or MBA degree preferred)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience using APIs, REST principles, web services, and general data transfer approaches in enterprise environments
- Proven experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), SaaS, or Managed Services solutions design and implementation
- Demonstrated experience in preparation and delivery of technical product and architecture presentations at CIO/CTO executive levels
- Exceptional ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and articulate business value of technical solutions
- Critical thinking skills and complex problem-solving ability with demonstrated success in enterprise integration environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across internal and external business, marketing, and engineering departments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work at highly detailed technical levels while maintaining strategic perspective
- Entrepreneurial spirit with passion and commitment for customer success and alliance partnership outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams through influence while functioning effectively as individual contributor and collaborative team member
- Strong strategic, analytical, corporate relationship, and project management skills with experience managing complex technical initiatives
- Resourcefulness and flexibility to learn and experiment with new technologies and integration approaches
- Initiative to execute comprehensive technical projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support
- Knowledge of Tungsten Automation products or automation/process optimization solutions strongly preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other CRMs, ERPs, and workflow products highly valued
- Understanding of financial services, insurance, or healthcare technology environments and compliance requirements preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional technical collaboration

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $94,189 - $143,639. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
