In this role:
- You'll provide business and financial analysis to support company initiatives and act as financial advisor to the CFO and business functions.
- Analyze and report on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) metrics, providing insights to support business decisions
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in our subscription business
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to track key performance indicators
- Partner with the existing analyst to enhance our AR reporting capabilities and processes
- Support the integration and analysis of bookings data as it relates to recurring revenue
- Develop financial models to support forecasting and analysis of subscription metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support finance leadership and business stakeholders
- Help improve and streamline financial reporting processes during our organizational transformation
- Potentially grow into a management role as the team expands

Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles working with data and financial analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle large datasets and "cut things and model things"
- Comfort with databases and handling big sets of data for analysis and reporting
- Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI experience is a plus)
- Financial modeling skills are a big plus
- Software/SaaS industry experience strongly preferred - must demonstrate true understanding of subscription business models
- Understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, MRR) and their importance to SaaS businesses
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to present findings to finance leadership and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (flexible on specific major)
- Analytical capability and data savvy more important than specific educational background

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $120,579 - $147,458. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
