What you'll actually do:

Be the Calendar Whisperer Master the dark arts of scheduling across time zones, coordinate globe-trotting adventures, and make travel arrangements that would impress a five-star concierge. You'll craft presentations that sparkle and handle top-secret CEO intel like a diplomatic ninja.

Event Orchestration Extraordinaire Transform ordinary meetings into seamlessly executed experiences. Think part wedding planner, part logistics wizard, all professional polish. You'll coordinate everything from catering to venue magic while keeping internal teams and external VIPs happy.

Research Detective & Project Guru Dive deep into data rabbit holes, emerge with brilliant insights, and keep track of more moving pieces than a Swiss watch factory. Plus, you might book the occasional dinner reservation because even CEOs need to eat.

What we're looking for:

You've got 10+ years of executive support battle scars and war stories from supporting C-suite legends. Microsoft Office is your playground, and you speak fluent software industry. You're the type who checks emails at weird hours without being asked and somehow makes it look effortless.

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $67,117 - $145,040.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
