Job Purpose
Provide management of designated products. Work with Product Strategy to provide and deliver product direction and vision. Manage, promote, direct, plan and coordinate activities for specific products and ensure synergy with related product owners on team to ensure that strategic and product line objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and parameters.
Promote total quality management. Demonstrate and encourage the importance of internal and external customer satisfaction and quality work.
This position reports to a Director, Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap for quoting, pricing, contract, order, billing, and fulfillment systems
- Gather requirements from sales, finance, operations, partners, and customers through interviews and workshops
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, functional specs and mock-ups
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle
- Conduct training and change enablement for new product releases impacting quote-to-cash\
- Analyze metrics like quote volumes, approval times, order fallout, revenue leakage to identify improvements
- Develop deep expertise in CPQ, CLM, billing, provisioning, order management solutions
- Ensure solutions enable efficient, standardized and compliant quote-to-cash processes
- Represent the product team in cross-functional initiatives related to the quote-to-cash experience
Required Experience

B.S. in appropriate scientific or engineering area and 5-7 years’ experience in product ownership or product management or an industry related role such as product development, sales, or consulting.
· Proven ability to effectively communicate with several types and levels of staff and external contracts, both in writing and verbally. Effective presentation skills.
· Ability to effectively work simultaneously on many priorities, which change frequently.
· Proven ability to function in a team environment.
