Business Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring an ambitious professional for our Business Development team focused on enterprise opportunities. In this role, you'll connect Fortune 2000 companies with Tungsten's transformative automation solutions—from cognitive AI to robotic process automation. As a Business Development Representative, you'll uncover opportunities within strategic accounts, expand our presence in new markets, and drive our pipeline growth with qualified enterprise prospects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect into enterprise accounts across financial services, insurance, technology, healthcare, and pharma
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across multiple business units
• Achieve and exceed targets for qualified appointments and pipeline creation
• Partner with the sales team to align on account strategies and opportunities
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings
• Master Tungsten Automation's value proposition and articulate our competitive advantages

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of Software as a Service (SaaS) experience in business development

• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $58,579 - $89,333.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
