The Learner Experience Coordinator provides vital support to the Education Services department, focusing on enhancing the learner's experience and ensuring effective communication. This role serves as a key point of contact for training inquiries, providing LMS support, and assisting in delivering engaging learning experiences. The coordinator contributes to communication efforts and administrative tasks and strives to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Learner Support and Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for learner inquiries related to training programs and LMS access.
- Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer and partner emails and LMS helpdesk tickets.
- Guide learners through training registration, resource utilization, and course selection.
- Gather and relay learner feedback to contribute to the improvement of training programs.
- Communication and Content Support:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Education Services.
- Coordinate and distribute communications regarding training webinars and program updates.
- Maintain and update content on the Education Services webpage.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external training-related communications.
- LMS and Administrative Support:
- Provide technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS), addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of learner certifications and training activities in the LMS and CRM.
- Process and manage departmental forms and documentation.
- Assist in the logistical support of training webinars and events.
- Respond to internal information requests regarding training programs.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Technical Support, IT, and Channel Management to resolve learner and LMS-related issues.
Required Skills
- Associate’s degree in business or related field Bachelor's degree required
- 5 -7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in data processing and/or customer service is preferred
- Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals.
- Prior computer/PC experience using word processing, spreadsheets, and computerized billing systems is required.
- Maintain a positive interaction with all contacts
- Maintain integrity in all endeavor
- Maintain a current level on technical skills
