In the role of Product Marketing Manager, you will support the strategy, design, development and execution of product positioning, messaging, packaging and promotion of our intelligent automation products. You will understand and formulate strategies based on the market, the buyer journey and the challenges our customers and their key personas face. You will support the development of collateral and other assets that positions our offerings effectively and delivers compelling and differentiated messages in multiple formats across multiple channels that resonate with the market. This includes market and competitor analysis, summation, and drawing your own insights on the best GTM strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Essential functions include interactions with the Growth org – which includes corporate strategy, product strategy, demand generation, field marketing, and the broader marketing team – and Sales.
- Messaging and Positioning – Create content, collateral, and assets that differentiate your product/solution, create compelling customer value with messaging that is credible and resonates with target audience, and understand performance with a data-drive and financial mindset
- Competitive Intelligence – perform research, compile, and be able to present and apply industry trends, the market trends, and competitive products intel; understand competition and market to build winning competitive positioning
- Collateral and Content Creation – as a storyteller, describe in customer language value propositions and business benefits that resonate from the individual contributor to C-level execs through multiple marketing tactics; develop product and sales presentations, webinars, videos, blogs, etc.
- Collaboration – work with the global demand generation, field marketing, strategy, and broader teams to make and influence decisions that result in business outcomes
- Customer Advocate – understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and reflect those in internal and external communication
- Sales Enablement – support selling efforts with the latest tools, messaging, and assets that resonates with and influences Sales
- Program Management – juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results; understand data and analysis to determine performance
Other Responsibilities
- Create new programs and campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and nurture programs that drive Marketing-generated pipeline.
- Drive day-to-day tactical execution and ensure deliverables and quality standards are met, proactively working cross functionally with teams inside and outside of Growth.
- Develop user personas and segmentations to deliver messages to the right audiences.
- Assess and formulate based on campaign performance.
Required Experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a product role or relevant experience
- Enterprise software Product Marketing experience is required
- BA/BS required, MBA preferred
- Understanding of Intelligent Automation, business process automation, SaaS, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in speaking before audiences

While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.
The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $97,000 - $150,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
