Professional Services Project Manager

Job Purpose

The Project Manager serves as the primary client liaison on projects and establishes the project plan, project priority, and directs the efforts of personnel involved with all aspects of the project. Their overall goal is to satisfy the customer’s objectives for the project and complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

·    Thoroughly understanding the customer’s business and technical needs

·    Developing detailed business requirements to be used within a formal statement of work document

·    Managing overall project deliverables and objectives

·    Acting as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project using their knowledge of Tungsten Automation Corporation products

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Qualified applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have solid project and time-management skills with outstanding verbal and written communications abilities.
• Experience in the Financial Process Automation domain or general business process automation projects is a must.
• Familiarity with Tungsten Automation Corporation products and PMI certification are a plus.
