The Sr. Enablement Instructional Designer is responsible for the development and production of curriculum and learning assets that drive productivity for Sales, Partners and other revenue generating functions/support functions. The role will create educational and training materials that effectively facilitate learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments that identify the learning needs of target audience through direct interaction, surveys, advisory boards and individual interviews
  • Develop clear and measurable learning objectives that outline what learners should know or be able to do after completing a course or training program
  • Design and organize instructional content, which may include writing scripts, creating multimedia elements and selecting appropriate resources
  • Choose suitable instructional methods and techniques based on adult learning principles and the specific needs of the internal customer such as blended learning, e-learning, or traditional classroom instruction.
  • Create assessments to evaluate learners’ understanding and skills, including certifications, tests, and practical exercises
  • Utilize various technologies and software tools to enhance the learning experience, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) authoring tools, and virtual classrooms
  • Collaborating with subject matters experts and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the instructional materials and make necessary revisions for improvement
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.

 

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $89,000 - $160,000.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
