What You’ll Do in This Role

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, handling all aspects of consulting engagements
  • Triage and manage service requests, create Statements of Work (SOW), secure necessary approvals, and obtain signed Purchase Orders
  • Coordinate resource scheduling, manage scope, schedule, and budget
  • Approve timesheets, trigger invoicing, and oversee project closure
  • Liaise closely with Legal Counsel on contracts and ensure all client requirements are met with accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Customer Success or similar role, with 5+ years in Professional Services or Presales
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS/Enterprise Software Solutions and/or financial or intelligent automation
  • Languages: Fluent Dutch and business-level English
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to build credibility quickly at the executive level
