Responsible for driving investment strategy, owning roadmap, and product-level operational and financial success for the Print Automation product pillar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own product and go-to-market strategies to drive product growth, adoption, and meet growth level targets to include facilitation around product roadmap; measure return and calibrate organization as needed
  • Develop a product vision, strategy and roadmap for Tungsten Automation’s hybrid cloud-based print products that map to company goals and strategy
  • Responsible and accountable for setting product growth targets with CFO and achievement of targets in assigned product area
  • Design and own product and go-to-market strategies to drive product growth, adoption, and meet growth level targets to include facilitation around product roadmap; measure return and calibrate organization as needed
  • Prioritize optimization opportunities so that Tungsten Automation is advancing strategic initiatives that have maximum impact and value
  • Perform due diligence, market research, data synthesis and analysis, anticipate market trends, and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Tungsten Automation solutions
  • Identify new opportunities, assesses the product performance in the broader landscape, and helps develop long-term strategic plans for existing and future product/solution lines
  • Collaborate with Product Development in gathering, analyzing, and assessing business requirements to translate into features of our strategy and overall data portfolio
  • Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive/board levels, customers, and prospects.
  • Work closely with the product management, corporate development, channel, strategic alliance and broader cross-functional leadership teams to ensure Tungsten Automation achieves its long-term overall portfolio vision and solution business goals
  • Ensure appropriate metrics are in place to measure progress on strategic initiatives

Required Experience

  • Proven and respected thought-leader among mid/large leading enterprise software technology companies in the secure print automation industry
  • Deep knowledge of print hardware and software across leading multi-function device manufacturers such as Xerox, Ricoh, Brother, Fuji and many others
  • Public speaking experience is a must
  • Ability to motivate and lead people and hold others accountable
  • Recognized thought leader in automation and cloud-based technologies
  • Problem-solving skills to identify complex problems, evaluate options and execute solutions
  • Outstanding communication and people collaboration skills
  • Time management skills to manage the timeline and progress of strategic initiatives
  • Intellectual discipline, a problem-solving aptitude, creativity, and independent judgment.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Proven ability to develop and measure financial performance
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
  • Proven and respected leader in the print automation software industry, with demonstrable experience in strategizing for mid to large enterprise-level companies
  • Deep understanding of print automation processes, software, and cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability, with the capability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving product strategy objectives
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with various teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Exceptional intellectual discipline, coupled with strong problem-solving aptitude, creative thinking, and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, with a bias towards action and a proven ability to make difficult choices under pressure
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, measuring, and analyzing financial performance metrics related to product strategy and development
  • Extensive knowledge of operational procedures specific to the print automation software industry, with a focus on optimizing processes and procedures for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the print automation industry, with the ability to anticipate future trends and align product strategy accordingly
  • Experience in managing product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization, specifically in the print automation industry
  • Possess a deep technical understanding of print automation software solutions to aid in developing robust strategies and to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market for print automation solutions.
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, with the agility to pivot product strategy as needed in response to industry trends and changes.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance issues related to print automation software is preferred.

While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.

 

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $158,000 - $300,000.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
