The Vice President, Professional Services is responsible for driving regional services bookings (license attached and standalone), revenue, and margin with full responsibility for delivery of successful and profitable engagements.  This role is a key contributor to the overall services strategy and operations aligned with Tungsten Automation Corporation’s company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team with the regional Sales SVP & RVPs to propose and sell customer solutions including pre- and post- deal management, contracts reviews, and statement of work creation and negotiation.
  • Assume overall management and financial responsibility for the regional Professional Services team.  Accurately forecast regional services bookings, revenues and margins in support of Tungsten Automation Corporation’s overall business forecasting and planning processes.
  • Grow a high margin, profitable business that thrills customers and partners.
  • Closely monitor services KPIs and take corrective actions when need to maintain strong financial results.
  • Proactively ensure a worldclass level of customer satisfaction monitoring engagement health, and address issues that may surface during customer engagements in fair manner.
  • Provide exceptional leadership to the Professional Services organization which promotes sound business disciplines and inspires exceptional individual performance.
  • Develop a strong regional professional services leadership team with the ability to attract and retain top talent in the industry.  Build and hire leadership that strengthens Tungsten Automation Corporation’s people management, engagement management, client relationship management, and domain expertise skills.
  • Develop an organizational structure, team, and methodology that enables Tungsten Automation Corporation to become a strategic partner by delivering high value-added services and solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers.
  • Continually endeavor to package service offerings and drive down implementation services hours/costs to be competitive in the market.
  • Establish a trusted relationship with key customers and partners at senior levels within those organizations.
  • Develop and enable partner strategies with leading 3rd party system integrators where these firms will augment Tungsten Automation Corporation’s services and support our sale’s and customer’s needs.

Other Responsibilities

  • Work with existing customers to aggressively achieve new customer services bookings/revenues and a high degree of customer satisfaction with our services team and product solutions.
  • Ensure project implementation and operational excellence in support of Tungsten Automation Corporation customers and partners.   Utilize our methodology necessary to support consistent, high quality delivery practices and successful results.
  • Provide industry insight and professional services best practices based on experience.
  • Facilitate an on-going and consistent review of consulting activities and develop a collaborative process with product management and product development to ensure enhancements are driven into our products based upon customer feedback and professional experience implementing our solutions.
  • Evolve and grow Tungsten Automation Corporation’s regional services practice while supporting global initiatives 

Required Skills

  • 15-20 years of progressive managerial experience in professional services or enterprise software consulting services
  • Experience managing complex projects, clients, partners, and organizations
  • Strong, executive level customer relationship experience
  • Business acumen and financial skills/metrics driven
  • Proven experience managing remote resources and large global teams
  • Strong team player; ability to partner with Sales, Development, and other cross functional departments
  • Bachelors Degree required in a relevant discipline; MBA or Masters desired

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $206,000 - $372,000.  Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
