We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Architect with expertise in both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions that align with our business objectives. As a Cloud Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect cloud solutions using Azure and AWS to meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services and tools to optimize performance, cost, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate and deploy cloud-based applications and services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Lead and mentor cloud engineers and developers in best practices for cloud development and operations.
- Conduct cloud readiness assessments and provide recommendations for cloud adoption and migration strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Prepare and present architecture proposals, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Azure and AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure, and architecture patterns for both Azure and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration, deployment, and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS/EKS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional) are highly desirable.
Required Experience
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with generative AI solutions in Azure and AWS.
