IT Data Management Analyst

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Salesforce CPQ customized solutions to support and troubleshoot our quote-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ best practices and configuration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support our Salesforce CPQ users by understanding CPQ issues and the business requirements for a better process and translate them into effective Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of data objects and relationships.

·         Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce data objects, their relationships, and the impact of CPQ configurations. Along with deep understanding of quotes and orders and their relationships.

·         Leverage your expertise to configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.

·         Leverage your expertise for Item setup and Pricebook setup, product configuration, troubleshooting currency code differences, bad values for restricted picklists, etc.  in CPQ.

·         Experience trouble shoot Apex errors

·         Implement and maintain product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes within Salesforce CPQ.

·         Design and document CPQ configurations, ensuring alignment with business processes and scalability.

·         Understand CPQ  product catalog structures, pricing models, and discounting strategies within Salesforce CPQ.

·         Provide comprehensive training to end-users and sales teams, incorporating a detailed understanding of Salesforce data objects and their impact on CPQ processes.

·         Demonstrate competence creating and updating Salesforce reports

Qualifications

·         Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is required.

·         Proven experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions.

·         In-depth understanding of Salesforce data objects, relationships, and data requirements.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
