Sr. Product Owner, Business Systems – Quote to Contract

Job Purpose

The Sr. Product Owner, Quote to Contract is responsible for defining and delivering enhancements across Tungsten Automation's entire quote-to-cash process and application landscape. This includes managing the roadmap for CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, billing, provisioning, and fulfillment solutions. This role gathers requirements from sales, finance, operations and customer-facing teams to optimize and streamline the end-to-end quote-to-cash experience. The Sr. Product Owner represents the voice of the user and drives improvements to increase efficiency, revenue capture, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog and roadmap for quoting, pricing, contract, order, billing, and fulfillment systems
• Gather requirements from sales, finance, operations, partners, and customers through interviews and workshops
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, functional specs and mock-ups
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle
• Conduct training and change enablement for new product releases impacting quote-to-cash\
• Analyze metrics like quote volumes, approval times, order fallout, revenue leakage to identify improvements
• Develop deep expertise in CPQ, CLM, billing, provisioning, order management solutions
• Ensure solutions enable efficient, standardized and compliant quote-to-cash processes
• Represent the product team in cross-functional initiatives related to the quote-to-cash experience

• 8+ years as a Product Owner or Manager for quote-to-cash, billing or order management systems
• Understanding of CPQ, CLM, billing, provisioning, order management and related financial operations
• Experience optimizing processes like configure/price/quote, order capture, invoicing, revenue recognition
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and operations stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear specs, user stories and mock-ups
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field
