Sales Support Representatives enables Sr.Sales Account Executives (AE) to focus maximum time on selling by supporting and contributing to the AE success and growth

 

Supports Sr. Sales Account Executive (AE) and Customer with all customer-impacting questions and requests:

 

  • Prompt responses to phone calls and emails
  • Redirect requests/issues to appropriate functions
  • Ownership of issues through to resolution
  • Provide information on our solutions and services
  • Answer product questions
  • Uncover new opportunities
  • Works Closely with all Direct Marketing Reseller reps and provides quotes as needed
  • Transition potential opportunities of value greater than 100 licenses to their assigned Sales SE

 

COMMUNICATE WITH FIELD REP

  • The assignment includes working closely with the Sr. Sales Account Executive to ensure maximum vertical penetration resulting in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Support Representatives have a responsibility to generate revenue towards their team sales number.
  • Campaign and SFDC lead qualification are imperative in discovering opportunities of value for their AE.
  • The Sales Support Representative is responsible for all inbound leads assigned to them from Marketing and Website traffic and turning those leads into sales opportunities.
  • Provide customer or Direct Marketing Resellers competitive information as needed
  • The Sales Support Representative is responsible for assisting Direct Marketing Resellers, i.e. Providing part numbers and product information

 

PROACTIVE REVIEW OF OPPORTUNITIES

  • Track all assigned deals
  • Flag all items that need approvals and ensure approvals are sought for all items
  • Ensure revenue recognition compliance with Rev Rec rules

 

 

ENSURE EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK

  • Support rest of team where help is needed (bandwidth or product expertise)
  • Own projects to help improve processes and systems to make team more effective & efficient

Required Skills

  • Understanding of SOX rules and regulations
  • Fluent language skills in English & local language as a minimum
  • Will require an understanding of the business context and rationale for our products and services as well as the business of our DMR’s.
  • Needs to be customer-service oriented and understand the value of accuracy and reliability.
  • Needs to work with confidence within a team environment to ensure that overall team targets are achieved.
  • Key attributes of the job are friendly and efficient manner and empathy with the customer’s requirements such as the need for accuracy, reliability and good-attitude. In short, this person must strive to ensure that Tungsten Automation is an easy-to-work-with environment.
