Job Duties & Responsibilities:

●      The primary objective of this role is to increase sales of Kellogg branded items, by assisting customers with their soil purchases. 

●      Advocates will work in assigned Lowe’s Home Improvement stores during peak selling seasons.

●      Stock Kellogg displays and assist customers with general gardening projects.

●      Must be outgoing, friendly, and a good listener

●      Good verbal and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people

●      Ability to become knowledgeable of all company products and sales procedures

●      Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with customers and store personnel

●      Achieve sales goals established by management

●      Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb and lift heavy objects weighing 50 lbs. or more

●      Must have a personal smartphone (Android 4.0 and up or iPhone 9.0 or later) with data

●      Outdoor work environment

Education & Experience:

●      High School diploma or GED

●      1 to 2 years previous sales or retail experience

●      Garden experience is preferred but not required
