KPS Global® is the largest provider of insulated panel systems for custom walk-ins to the convenience store, supermarket and warehouse club markets. We also manufacture custom enclosures for controlled environments for the scientific and industrial markets.

The CAD designer creates precise and manufacturable design documentation by translating customer specifications into accurate CAD models and drawings. Applies a solid foundation in CAD principles and design practices while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

•    Interpret site survey documents
•    Assist and mentor newer team members with redlines and comprehension of customer specifications
•    Create production drawings and detailed assemblies
•    Maintain drawing accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards
•    Collaborate effectively across departments


Required Skills

Qualifications
Items listed are required unless “preferred” is indicated

•    High School Diploma; CAD certificate or degree preferred
•    1–3 years relevant experience
•    Strong geometric aptitude and software proficiency
•    Required: AutoCAD, Excel, Word
•    Preferred: BIM tools and 3D CAD platforms such as Inventor or Revit
