We also manufacture custom enclosures for controlled environments serving the scientific and industrial markets, working with customers to develop tailored cold storage solutions across a wide range of industries.
As a Field Service Tech, you will play a crucial role in our company's commitment to excellent customer service by providing technical service and warranty repair assistance for walk-in coolers and freezers. Your responsibilities will include responding to emergency customer calls, which requires a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to address urgent issues promptly. Safety is a top priority at KPS Global, and you will be expected to maintain a safe working environment at all times, following all company safety protocols and industry standards.
Additionally, you will take field measurements and photographs that our inside sales team will use for quoting projects and repairs. This requires attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that quotes are precise and comprehensive. We believe in people who drive positive change and are deeply committed to providing innovative, high-quality service to customers from coast to coast. In return for your dedication and expertise, you will enjoy professional growth opportunities and benefit from an environment where creativity, innovation, and hard work are rewarded.
